Our 7 Days Money Back Guarantee applies to your first purchase of credits on imgram.in. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

1. First-Time Purchase:
   This guarantee applies only to your first credit purchase on imgram.in.
2. Timeframe:
   The purchase must have been made within the last 7 days.
3. Unsatisfactory Quality:
   You are not satisfied with the quality of the background removal results and have no further use for the processed images.
4. Usage Threshold:
   You have processed a total of less than 50 images using your purchased credits.
5. One-Time Use:
   Your account (or your company’s account) has not previously used the 7 Days Money Back Guarantee.

To request a refund, please complete the refund request form available on our website. Our team will review your request within 10 business days and contact you via email with our decision.

Other Refunds

• Purchases Outside the 7-Day Period:
  All purchases made after the 7-day guarantee period are considered final and are non-refundable.
• Used Credits:
  Once credits have been applied to process an image, they are non-refundable.
